Working with individuals, groups and management teams using evidence-based methods grounded in established theories and approaches.
Coaching Psychology is described as:
“A process of enhancing wellbeing and performance in personal life and work domains underpinned by models of coaching grounded in established adult and child theories and approaches” (Source: ISCP).
We believe that prevention is better than cure. It is far easier, and cheaper, to prevent a stress-related issue from developing than it is to undo the damage it can cause. With The Grey Space approach, we consider mental wellbeing with a proactive focus on flexibility, adaptability and resilience. Our mission is to equip people with the necessary skills and tools to manage their own stress and become their own self-coaches before they reach the ‘Grey Space’ – the edge of burnout.
